Our Development History
In 2000, we established Guangdong Taishin Machinery Factory, start construct and repair screw making machinery.
In the year 2005 the factory was equipped with more than 30 sets of screw-making machinery to produce both common and uncommon screws of every kind.
With the establishment of independent screw manufacture, mechanical assembly, and parts processing workshops, our factory's workshop space rose to 3,600 square metres in 2009, and were able to produce more than 400 screw machines yearly.
Between 2010 and 2011, we restored and renovated more than 900 sets of screw heading machines and thread rolling machines for Gem-Year Group and Gem-Duo Company.
We started exporting machinery in 2012. We created more than 100 sets of screw heading and thread rolling machines for United Industrial Company and Guanglong Screw Machines Corp in Vietnam.
Between 2014 and 2020, more than 500 machines will be shipped to nations such as Russia, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Egypt, Turkey, Argentina, etc. To assist customers in setting up screw manufacturing lines, we may provide free operating training;
We moved our factory to Shipai Town, Dongguan, in 2018, and it now has a production space of over 5,000 square metres. This allows us to produce over 900 sets of screw machines every year. We have also set up a comprehensive production workshop with heading machines, thread rolling machines, opening die cold heading machines, and multi-station cold forging machines.
We invested 50 million yuan in 2020 to construct a new factory building in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, measuring 12,000 square metres. This facility is outfitted with more than 80 sets of CNC laser cutting, bending, processing, CNC lathe, and other processing equipment, enabling us to produce more than 1,500 sets of various screw machines every year. We also established a sales, training, and maintenance service Centre in Dongguan.
